Terms & Conditions 

By booking any of our services you agree to be bound by the below Terms & Conditions.

Payment 

Payment is due as set out in the "How I Work/Fees" tab.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% goods & services tax.

Inclusions

  • Your Itinerary includes

Creation of your itinerary; bookings as required for the Itinerary

  • Your Itinerary excludes

Activities, meals, tours & travel, unless indicated otherwise, optional extras, personal expenses.

  • Your Experience includes

The experience & services as outlined in your Final "Experience" Confirmation.

  • Your Experience Excludes

Personal expenses & optional extras, items not detailed in your "Experience".

 

Alterations & Amendments

All attempts will be made to assist with requests to alter Itineraries & Experiences. These will be dependent on the operators/service providers & their Terms & Conditions & availability.

Requests within 48 hours of the booked Experience or Itinerary will attract an administration fee of $50.  

It is your responsibility to attend/meet appointments & bookings made for you in the appropriate time frames. If you will be delayed or require last minute cancellation please contact the service provider as outlined in your Itinerary.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation is required in writing.

Itinerary Cancellation

Cancellation will be dependent on provider Terms & Conditions in the first instance, where applicable. 

Where cancellation of your Itinerary occurs up to 48 hour prior to your visit, Bespoke Hunter will refund payment less a $100 administration fee. 

Where cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your visit no refund will be paid.

Experience Cancellation

If you cancel your experience after the deposit is paid and up to one week prior to your experience being undertaken any costs due to the supplier plus $100 will be due.

Where cancellation is within one week of the Experience full payment will be due.

 

SERVICE PROVIDERS

I endeavor to tailor itineraries & experiences that will meet your expectations. However, I take no responsibility for any matters that arise with regard to or during individual activities or arrangements with individual Service Providers.

The activities, restaurants & tours will be booked by me on your behalf with various Service Providers. Each Service Provider will have their own terms and conditions. It is important that you read the relevant and corresponding information for each of your bookings in order to understand all applicable terms and conditions. If you require additional information to that contained in your Itinerary or Experience documentation, we recommend that you contact the Service Provider directly.

I appreciate your feedback, whether complaints, compliments or suggestions. However, to the extent permitted by law I will not be responsible to you for any loss, expense or damage that you may suffer during any particular tour, activity, accommodation or travel, no matter the cause. These matters are the responsibility of each individual Service Provider and you agree that you will not hold me liable in any such circumstance.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue. It is up to you to use the full value before expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of the gift voucher will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds available gift card balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method.

The gift voucher must be mentioned when booking.

Gift cards are to be treated like cash; defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

Vouchers are non refundable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other vouchers.

 

PRIVACY

Personal information collected by Bespoke Hunter may be used for any purpose associated with the creation, booking or implementation of your Itinerary or Experience.

The information may be disclosed to agents, service providers or other suppliers to enable us to fulfill the needs of the traveller.

The information will not be shared with other third parties.

Cookies

Bespoke Hunter may collect information about you when you visit our website, including through the use of cookies or other technical means.

A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, can not contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive.

We may automatically record technical information about your computer’s IP address and your browser type, as well as information on the products you look at or for, the length of your visit and the pages that you visited.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Bespoke Hunter reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice. 

Bespoke Hunter reserves the right to alter your itinerary or experience. Notice & explanation of any changes will be given.

Bespoke Hunter reserves the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at anytime, and it is your (the Client) responsibility to be familiar with them. 

Liquor Licensing

Please note the Australian Liquor act below. As such, it is illegal for persons under the age of 18 years to participate in activities that include the consumption of alcohol and in some instances denies them, or limits, access to licensed premises.

Liquor Act 1982 - It is an offence to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
